Refund Policy

You may request a return within 30 calendar days after delivery. We accept eligible returns for defective and non-defective products and offer exchanges. Non-defective products must be new, unused, and in their original condition.

Please contact us for approval before mailing a return. A free prepaid return label is included in the package. We do not charge a restocking fee.

After an approved return is received and inspected, we will process or initiate the refund to the original payment method within 10 days. Your bank or card provider may need additional time to post the credit.
